North side of pyramid is opened
After 2 weeks of excavations, archeologists have found remarkable results, they have found big stone blocks positioned like ones in walls of Peru, Mexico, Egipt, etc..
They have also dugg out parts of some blocks that are lying one on top of another so it is another proof that this is man-made building.
About the facts:
Relativly big layer of dirt was covering the big stone blocks for past (probably) few thousand years. This layer was 0.9 m (90 centimeters) deep. Beneath it were very well saved stone blocks with monumental sizes. They are very well connected with very little holes betweend them.
These stone blocks are heigth(deep,fat) about 70 centimeters which is very big. And looking to their dimensions their weight shold be, average, 10 to 20 tones.
Knowing that there was no modern building there, and that there is no record that medieval people have done any transportation of stone blocks of these sizes then what is last option... IT is B.C. building. By official history, in B.C. ages here were living just primitive people. I'll talk about history of Bosnia in next post.
This project will be doing till 29.10.2006 for this year, and will be continiued next years. Idea of mr. Semir Osmanagic is that ordinary people can sit in coffe shop in Visoko and when you look to hill Visocica, that you can see opened notrh side of pyramid.

Here are presented some legends. These stories were taken from local sitizens and some of them are presenting medieval stories.
One legend says that king of Bosnia was using complex of tunnels that are related to Visocica to escape from town when Osman army came to Bosnia.
There are more legends that say about how king and queens have escaped using those tunnels.
In last Bosnian war, that ended dec. 1995 when reports of Bosnian army were taken, and by reports of units that were located on one side of hill, when granades hit other side, they felt something wierd. They have discribe it as "sounding" of a hill. This means, that specific vibrations were felt on one side when it was hit on another side, and that could be possible just if sides of hill are connected with some solid material like stone.
In past few years, when one man was building a house on one side of hill, another man, from neighbor side was complaining about strong vibrations, he takes. This has happened on "pyramid of Moon" or hill called "Plješevica".

REMEMBER: If you are tourist, you must remember that in Visoko, hill Visocica (Pyramid of Sun) is by official reports clean of MINES. Hill Pljesevica(Pyramid of Moon) on one part has got MINES and be careful, if you don't know the area. For third pyramid (Pyramid of Dragon) I don't have informations, but will deliver them.
